The ELE-PSU3010CH is an affordable lab power supply from Eleshop, and is a good budget choice for hobby, education and service work. Furthermore, this single-channel supply delivers up to 30V and 10A for 300W total, set with stepless coarse and fine control down to 10mV and 1mA and shown on a 4-digit LCD, with automatic CV and CC switching, overcurrent protection, an output switch and a panel lock.
The battery charging function sets this model apart. This supply protects against reverse polarity connection, so a battery connected the wrong way round does not damage the supply or the cell. Charging stops automatically once the battery is full, which prevents overcharging when a pack is left connected, and the delivered charge is shown in Ah so the energy put back into the battery can be read directly. A 5V/2A USB-A port and a USB-C port on the front panel also power or charge external devices.
