The Micsig CP1503B current probe can measure both DC and AC precisely and reliably, with a very high frequency. The probe uses a standard BNC interface for oscilloscopes. The maximum current that can be measured is 50A peak and 30Arms, and the bandwidth is DC - 150MHz, which makes the probe ideal for measuring fast current signals in, for example, switching power supplies and GaN/SiC designs. The probe has two optional ranges of 5A and 30A, making it ideal to measure both small and large currents. With a rise time of ≤ 2.67 ns, the CP1503B is the fastest probe in the Micsig CP series.
