The Rigol MSO9402 is a premium mixed-signal oscilloscope with 4GHz bandwidth, 20GSa/s sampling, 2 analog and 16 digital channels, 500Mpts standard memory (upgradable to 2Gpts), and an integrated 2-channel arbitrary waveform generator, suitable for all R&D, validation, and production test work involving high-speed digital, protocol analysis, or compliance testing.
The MSO9000 is the successor to Rigol's MSO8000A series, built on a newly developed acquisition platform with a vertical resolution that scales from 8 to 16 bits in high resolution mode and standard hardware mask testing. As a mixed-signal oscilloscope, the MSO9402 combines analog scope channels with 16 digital logic channels in a single instrument, making it well-suited for embedded systems debug, microcontroller and FPGA validation, mixed-domain power management, and any application where digital control signals interact with analog measurements. The integrated 2-channel arbitrary waveform generator turns it into a self-contained test bench. Options are available for eye diagram analysis, jitter analysis, and compliance testing for USB 2.0, Ethernet, Automotive Ethernet, and MIPI D-PHY.
