The Rigol DS9604 is a premium oscilloscope with 6GHz bandwidth, 20GSa/s sampling, 4 analog channels, and 500Mpts standard memory (upgradable to 2Gpts), suitable for all R&D, validation, and production test work involving high-speed digital, protocol analysis, or compliance testing.
The DS9000 is the successor to the MSO8000A series, built on a newly developed acquisition platform with a vertical resolution that scales from 8 to 16 bits in high resolution mode and standard hardware mask testing. It is built for R&D engineers validating high-speed digital designs, characterising power supplies, and running production-test routines where deep memory and fast capture matter. Options are available for eye diagram analysis, jitter analysis, and compliance testing for USB 2.0, Ethernet, Automotive Ethernet, and MIPI D-PHY.
