Rohde & Schwarz NGU201 source measure unit

The Rohde & Schwarz NGU201 is a 2-quadrant source measure unit (SMU). This SMU can handle up to 60W. With its 2-quadrant architecture, it can act as a source or sink. With a display resolution of 6.5 digits, the NGU201 is able to provide high accuracy and output resolutions of up to 1µV/100pA. It also has an acquisition rate of up to 500000 samples per second, allowing for fast variations in voltage or current to be captured. The SMU can also provide a fast load recovery time of <30µs combined with minimum overshoot even during a demanding load change. The NGU201 power supply also has voltage, current, power and temperature protection (OVP, OCP, OPP, OTP) with the voltage, current and power protection being adjustable. The power supply has a QuickArb function, with which the time/current flow or time/voltage curve can be programmed and an EasyRamp function, to simulate continuously increasing operating conditions within a given time frame. Furthermore, all this information is displayed on a 5" high-resolution color touchscreen and can be remotely controlled through USB or LAN connections.
