Details
The Aim TTi 4201 SMU has some great performance despite its compact size. With this SMU you get a power supply, load, DMM and a true arbitrary generator and due to the smaller size and lower price competitors like the Keithley 2450 seem very expensive. With the 6.5 digits and up to 0.1µV / 100fA resolution touchscreen combined with an advanced graph menu you can see and read the measurements very precisely. On top of this the 4201 SMU also has a measurement speed up to 200µs (5k/s). The internal memory is up to 100k measurements which gives you more than enough memory even with the fast measurement speeds.
