The Weller ZeroSmog Guard 2 Kit2 ALFA is an industrial-quality fume extractor designed for laboratories, workshops, and industrial environments. It is suitable for applications where harmful fumes need to be removed, such as laser engraving and soldering. It efficiently removes the harmful fumes to improve the air quality. The Guard operates with 142W power, delivering an airflow of up to 200m3/h, divided over 2 inlets. The airflow can be set using the buttons on the unit, an airflow indication is given with the LED status bar. Also, the set includes two 1.5m extraction tubes for easy positioning and direct fume capture.
The ZeroSmog Guard 2 uses multiple filter layers to clean the air from harmful fumes and gases. It is equipped with a H13 HEPA filter with activated carbon and Potassium Permanganate, which captures 99.95% of airborne particles. Additionally, an ePM1-75% pre-filter traps larger particles to extend the life of the main filter.
The Guard Kit2 also includes on-desk shut-off valves. The included desk valves allow for easy control and access, and the design of the extractor makes the filter replacement process simple.
