The Bofa V200 is a portable fume extractor, and is suitable for hand soldering workstations where solder fumes have to be captured at the source. Furthermore, this extractor is supplied complete with a table mount installation kit and a 50mm extraction arm, so a single operator position can be set up without ordering anything else.
Three stage filtration draws the fumes through a polypropylene pre filter, a borosilicate HEPA filter and a granulated activated carbon gas filter, which removes 99.997% of particles down to 0.3µm along with the gases that flux releases. A filter blocked indicator on the front panel lights up when the filters need replacing, and at under 54dB(A) the unit stays quiet enough for a shared bench. Replacement pre filters and combined filters are available separately. Contact us for advice on the right extraction arm for your workstation.
