It works and it is practical with LED light and filter and pipe. Can't beat it's price. Good Value for the money. Build to price and bit above it. Light and it's switch look like an afterthought but execution was good.
Stand is limited but high enough for usage on the table.
Now all that said it is still cheaper solution and solution for hobby people. If I would need to work with it 8 hours a day I would not be able to stand it's sound. It is a bit louder than what I've expected. You need to position it correctly or fumes will escape. But than again it's same with so many other solutions. Most of the cheaper solutions are as loud or louder and even some higher costs solution are sounding bad. It will filter and remove the fumes from your working station. I would advice using small fan on the opposite side helping directing air towards the fume extractor. Something quiet if possible.
Way better and healthier than breathing in burned resin and having headache. If you get some headache from the noise at least it is not going to poison you :)
Everyone soldering should have some fume extraction solution. This is one solution that is affordable and you can make it work for you.
