The UNI-T UTi712S+ is an affordable entry-level thermal imaging camera, featuring a 120x90 pixel resolution and a temperature range of -20 to 550°C. The camera features a new super-resolution mode that improves the image quality to 240x180 pixels, which can be viewed on the 2.4-inch TFT display. Furthermore, the camera has a laser pointer and a flash light for navigating darker spaces. There is also a hi/lo alert feature which will alert you either visually, or with a buzzer, if the measured temperatures exceed the user specified range. This camera is ideal for those looking to do basic thermal imaging in HVAC installations, automotive maintenance and electrical inspections.
The storage is non-removable and can store approximately 2300 images, which are saved in radiometric JPEG format. The images can then be viewed and analysed on a PC using the included software application(135MB).
