The GW Instek GDS-2254HG is a 4-channel, 250MHz digital storage oscilloscope designed for reliable everyday measurements in engineering, service and education environments. Its 12-bit vertical resolution provides more waveform detail, making it especially useful for analysing small signal changes, ripple, noise and power-related measurements. With a high real-time sample rate and a memory depth of up to 100Mpts, this oscilloscope can capture fast events and longer signal behaviour in detail. That is useful when troubleshooting intermittent faults, checking communication behaviour or analysing switching power supplies over a longer time window.
Across the GDS-2000HD/HG series, tools such as serial bus decoding and FFT analysis help users complete common debugging tasks, and the HG models add a built-in 50MHz arbitrary function generator, so no separate signal source is needed for stimulus-response testing. Thanks to its Android-based operating system, you can view documents, PDFs, and videos directly on the instrument, while screen recording and web control enable remote viewing. The USB and LAN interfaces cover data transfer and remote control from a PC. In addition, the oscilloscope can be powered over USB-C, so it also runs from a suitable power bank for portable measurements. All of this is presented on a 10.1" capacitive touchscreen.
