Tekbox TBPCP1-20100 RF current monitoring probe
Details
The Tekbox TBPCP1-20100 is a RF pulse monitoring probe typically used for surge or RF pulse current monitoring in the time domain, in contary to RF current monitoring probes designed for EMC applications that are used for measurements in the frequency domain. The probe has a characterised frequency range of 1 Hz to 200 MHz and a very flat response with a 3 dB bandwidth from 20 Hz to 100 MHz. The aperture of the RF current monitoring probe is 25 mm and it has a transfer impedance of -20 dB Ω.
