The Tekbox TBPCP2-3070 is a RF pulse monitoring probe typically used for surge or RF pulse current monitoring in the time domain, in contary to RF current monitoring probes designed for EMC applications that are used for measurements in the frequency domain. The probe has a characterised frequency range of 1 Hz to 200 MHz and a very flat response with a 3 dB bandwidth from 30 Hz to 70 MHz. The aperture of the RF current monitoring probe is 5.5 mm and it has a transfer impedance of -26 dB Ω.
For a calibrator that is suitible with the TBPCP2-3070 RF pulse monitoring probe, see the TBPCP2-CAL.
We offer two current monitoring probes in the TBPCP series, which differ in bandwidth, transfer impedance and aperture diameter.
