Siglent Y504MS VNA calibration kit

The Siglent Y504MS is a N-type VNA calibration kit for SVA1000X , SSA3000X-R and SHA800A series vector network analyzers, ideal for calibrating VNAs up to 9GHz. The Y504MS kit consists of an integrated calibration tool, which allows for accurate calibration over a frequency range from DC to 9 GHz using fixed terminations, open- and shorted circuits, match/load (50 Ohms) and through adaptors.

The various integrated connection and calibration options enable the kit to calibrate VNAs for various applications where the precision of readings is needed. Whether a VNA needs to be set or needs maintenance, the Siglent Y504MS kit ensures reliable and accurate results. Due to the compact form factor and many options in one piece, the Siglent Y504MS calibration kit is ideal for on-site VNA calibration.
