Siglent F604TS 9GHz 3.5mm VNA calibration set

The Siglent F604TS is a mechanical calibration kit for SVA1000X and SHA800A series vector network analyzers. The F604TS is a 50Ω SMA type coaxial calibration kit that includes fixed terminations, open and short circuits, as well as through adapters. This calibration set covers a frequency range of DC-9GHz. With this set, you can determine all error components within the measurement device.
