Details
The SDG8004A is a premium 4 channel arbitrary waveform generator from Siglent, and is suitable for all signal generation tasks in research, education and communication test labs. With a 5GHz maximum output frequency, 10GSa/s sampling rate and 16 bit vertical resolution, this generator produces clean signals with very low jitter. TrueArb and EasyPulse technologies deliver clean arbitrary waveforms and pulse signals, while integrated signal modulation, protocol generation, harmonic analysis, vector signal generation (VSG) and analogue or digital noise generation extend the range of supported test tasks. Furthermore, four selectable output paths (DC-HBW, DC-AMP, AC-DIR and AC-AMP) and up to 2GHz modulation bandwidth allow the user to pick the right balance of bandwidth, amplitude and noise floor for each measurement.
All four channels are fully independent and each carries two marker outputs. The generator also produces high speed serial code signals up to 1.25Gbps plus multipulse, multitone and chirp waveforms. A 7 inch touch display, an integrated 250GB SSD and a WebServer interface for remote control are included as standard. Optional software licences add multilevel sequence waves, expanded memory up to 4Gpts per channel, AC and DC amplified output paths, and full IQ vector signal generation through SigIQPro.
