The SDRPlay RSP Duo is a dual RF receiver housed in a single durable metal casing which features two independent tuners piped through a single USB port making it ideal for cross-band full-duplex reception. It covers a frequency spectrum from 1 kHz to 2 GHz, including VLF, LF, MW, HF, VHF, UHF, and L-band, without any gaps. The device can monitor a bandwidth of 10 MHz at a time and features three antenna inputs. A USB cable powers the device.
After connecting it to a computer (via USB 2.0) and an antenna, its functions are controlled by free downloadable professional software like SDRunoTM and SDRconnectTM. A documented API also allows developers to create new demodulators or applications around the platform.
CAUTION: The input of the SDRPlay is very sensitive to ESD discharges and excessive input power. This product should be used with great care. A faulty input will never be repaired by SDRPlay under warranty.
