The Rohde & Schwarz RTB22 is a 10-bit digital oscilloscope part of the RTB2 series. It features 2 channels with a bandwidth of 70MHz. The RTB2 series has a sensitivity of 1mV/div, a sample rate of 2.5GSa/s and a maximum memory depth of 20Mpts. These oscilloscopes also feature a 10-bit A/D converter, resulting in a fourfold improvement in signal reproduction compared to the standard 8-bit A/D converters found in similar oscilloscopes. Furthermore, the RTB22 is equipped with a large 10.1” capacitive touchscreen with intuitive touch controls. Finally, the RTB2 series comes with the B6 function generator option, which generates waveforms up to 50Mbit/s, useful for education and prototyping hardware and the K15 option, allowing the user to view history and permits oscilloscope memory to be segmented so that the waveform capture rate comes up to 100,000 wfm/s by default.
By default, these oscilloscopes have a bandwidth of 70MHz, which you can further expand to 100, 200 or 300MHz. Please refer to the bandwidth upgrades below for more information on these expansions. Other options can be viewed at the bottom of the page.
