The Rigol RP6150A is a 1.5GHz passive DC-coupled probe with 500Ω (±10Ω) input impedance and a 10:1 attenuation ratio. The RP6150A probe features a 1.4m cable, and is rated for a maximum input voltage of CAT I 7VAC.
