First of all, I use the instrument very briefly and this is the first impression.
I compared the voltage and resistance with my Fluke 87VMax, and I compared the LCR functions with the cheap LCR-ST1 and the more expensive Peak Atlas ESR70 gold.
Voltage and resistance are spot on, only DER EE is a bit slower than Fluke.
In terms of capacity, the DER EE is also a bit slower than the other two devices, but the measurements are spot on.
A very useful ALL in one instrument, I dreamed that there was something like this and I never found it in the MULTIMETERS category, then I accidentally looked at the LCR Meters category, and found out that this model is also a classic TRUE RMS multimeter.
Now, DER-ee, if you read this, here are some suggestions for the next model that I will definitely buy, at the same time, take this list as the disadvantages of the DE-5004 model:
1. Speed of LCR mode and resistance measurements, the rest is ok.
2. no short beep for diode test with ok diode voltage drop.
3. The attached measurement leads are probably part of the problem of slowness, and some better quality ones with a sharper tip and gold-plated ones would be much better as well.
4. BARGRAPH
I miss the speed bar because with it there is no need for an oscilloscope for most work with unstable voltages.
5. ESR value in LCR mode, Although the dissipation factor is a better indicator of the state of the capacitor because that information is found on most datasheets for capacitors (sometimes there is no esr value at all), most of us are used to ESR.

It is a good investment for an amateur DIY but it manifest some erratic measurements and lockings. For example on LCR, when you connect an electrolitic capacitor but select inductance type it shows some mH and tens of Q --like it would for a legit quality large inductance-- and the only indicator something is wrong would be the angle which is negative in this case (like for a capacitor).
In a couple ocasions I manage to have it locked during connectors calibration. So far, it's a good instrument and indications match what I have expected from it in most of the time. Very handy is the Hz and % scales, also the mV true RMS measurements, quite a nicely put together hand instrument.
Thank you for the quick processing and shipping, best regards!
