JBC CV-2E desoldering station

The JBC CV-2E is a high quality desoldering station which works with a compressed air supply. This system is ideal for desoldering the smallest plated through hole components and removing solder from surface mount pads. Like other JBC stations, it features fast heating time and extended tip life. The temperature is adjustable on the display from 180 to 450 ºC. With the menu which can be accessed via the push buttons, up to 10 parameters can be personalised. The display also shows the power used at any time. Desoldering is carried out with the aid of the DS360 micro desoldering iron. The DS360 can deliver up to 40 W to the object to be heated, more than enough for almost all applications.

Fine work

The big advantage of JBC desoldering stations over for example Aoyue counterparts is that very small desoldering tips are available for JBC stations. The smallest desoldering tips for Aoyue are 1.2 mm in diameter where the JBC points are available up to a diameter of only 0.6 mm. This allows these desoldering stations to do much more precise work.
