JBC CDN-2QF precision soldering station, 25 Watt

The JBC CDN-2QF soldering station is a high end soldering station specifically designed for small components that require high precision. The included NT115-A soldering iron is ideal for small-scale work such as smd soldering with for instance 0402, 0201 or 01005 components and offers maximal control due to its very small Tip-to-Grip distance. The soldering station can be set from 90 to 450 °C using the display and it only takes a couple of seconds to reach the desired temperature. Thanks to the built-in menu, you can personalize 20 parameters. In addition, it is also possible to draw graphs, adjust the parameters and update the software via a USB connector and PC software. This makes it easy to customize the CDN-2QF.

The built-in sleep and standby functions enable a prolonged life span of the soldering tip. The soldering iron will warm up very fast when you pick it up. Because of this, the soldering tip lasts up to 5 times longer.

The soldering station comes with an ergonomic hand piece, suited for the soldering of SMD components and other small components. The station comes without any soldering tips. You can find soldering tips that are suitable for this product at the bottom of this page

The soldering stations of JBC distinguish themselves from other stations due to the use of active tips. The heating element and temperature sensor are both entirely situated in the tip, the temperature can be controlled better and the difference in temperature between the tip and the rest of the soldering iron is very small. In addition, it is possible to replace the tips without the need to let them cool off first because tip exchange assistance is provided in the station.

The new F-update includes a new 7-key keypad for fast and easy configuration of the soldering station. In addition to this there is an added cartridge holder which can store up to four cartridges. Compatibility with the JBC FAE1 fume extractor via an RJ12 connector is also supported.

The default 2-year warranty can be extended to 3 years by registering your device.
