JBC ALE auto-feed soldering station

The JBC ALE is an automatic-feed soldering station. By pressing the button on the soldering iron, the station feeds precisely the programmed amount of solder wire, making the soldering station perfect for repetitive soldering jobs. The JBC has a small blade that perforates the solder wire down to the flux core while feeding it. This perforation process allows better flux flow and outgassing and avoids solder and flux splatter while soldering.

The JBC has a fast, intuitive and top-performing display, that is easily configurable thanks to the 7-key keypad. It also lets the user easily change and reload the solder wire and use a solder reel up to 2 kg. Furthermore, it incorporates all the tools needed for changing the reels, and cartridges.

This soldering station has 3 modes to allow the user to switch between jobs: continuous, discontinuous, and program. The continuous mode allows the operator to manually control the amount of solder wire being fed at a constant speed. This is ideal for products with solder joints that require different amounts of solder. The discontinuous mode allows the user to program the solder wire amount and speed that will automatically be dispensed on each button press. This is ideal for repetitive soldering jobs. And lastly, in the program mode, the operator can customise up to 5 programs, each one with 3 different steps, making the process more dynamic and efficient. This mode is ideal for soldering jobs that require pre-tinning or a controlled feeding of tin at different speeds.

The JBC ALE can be connected to peripherals such as the included JBC P-405 foot pedal and the JBC FAE1 or JBC FAE2 fume extractor.
