The Hakko FN-1010 is a 100W, 50 °C - 450 °C soldering station, containing an active heating element, a LCD screen displaying real-time information and an automatic tip temperature calibration and off-set, through an infrared sensor. All the results of these measurements, calibrations and off-sets can be recorded automatically. The integrated free-fall motion sensor cuts power when triggered, preventing burn damage.
As an unique feature, the Hakko FN-1010 is capable of optimizing soldering conditions by collecting a variety of information during daily soldering processes, by using the IoT (Internet of Things) in combination with the Hakko T36 series soldering tips.
Take note that no soldering tips are included with this soldering station.
Each T36 soldering tip contains a IoT memory chip and its characteristics can be saved in a computer through this Hakko FN-1010 soldering station. The following information can be collected:
- Tip shape
- Tip serial number
- Number of loads
- Total time of power supplied
- Load sensitivity
- Type of solder alloy (Lead-Free / Lead)
- Count alarm
