The Flir C5 is a compact, rugged and reliable thermal camera with plenty of features for on-site use. With its high resolution true thermal imager and 5-megapixel visual camera it quickly finds hidden faults and problems. The auto 1-Touch Level/Span feature allows you to easily auto-adjust the level and span in an area of interest, saving you the hassle of manually adjusting measuring settings. To speed up troubleshooting even more, Flir Multi-Spectral Dynamic Imaging recognises details from the scene and embosses the feed from the visual camera onto the full thermal image so you can instantly recognise the location of a temperature issue.
The internal memory can store more than 5000 images in JPEG. Besides local storage it has several nifty sharing features. You can upload footage directly to Flir Ignite via WiFi to store, organize, back-up and annotate images. These can subsequently be shared by sending a password-protected email link. Further processing of captured data is possible with tools such as Flir Thermal Studio.
As the C5 is built for field-use, it can take a hit. The IP54 enclosure is designed to withstand a 2 metre drop offers high level of protection against water and dust accumulation. In dark and tight spots, the built-in bright LED can aid visual inspection.
