Aoyue 936 soldering station

The Aoyue 936 is a soldering station with accurate temperature control. The temperature can be set from 200 to 480 degrees Celsius using the knob on the station. The red LED light indicates whether the correct temperature has been reached yet. The soldering station comes with an iron stand in which the soldering iron can be placed easily and safely.

The heating element runs through the soldering tip, causing the tip to heat fast and stay on temperature. This soldering station has a power of 35 Watt, which is sufficient for soldering most electronics. Some things may require more power, like for example thick speaker cables which absorb a lot of heat. For these soldering tasks, soldering stations with more power are available. An example of such a station is the Atten 937 which offers 50 Watts in the same price-range.
