The best LCR meter for the money, has ESR, tan, selectable freq and many more. I bought it mainly for testing capacitors, it is very accurate, has also autocal. The only small inconvenience is that the screen has to be viewed from a small angle to be very sharp, but not a real issue once you get used to it.
I had UNI-T before, a multimeter UT-71E and after 12 years of using it every day, professional use, works flawless. And is still measures perfect, (have my testing parts) without ever needing a calibration, not like other more popular brand, that needs a cal every 3 years, drifting a lot and costing twice. So i was confident to buy more products from this brand. Let's hope that this will be as good as the meter, and work perfect after many many years. UNI-T UT612 LCR Meter

The UT612 from UNI-T is a LCR meter with a good price/quality ratio.
This meter is designed to accurately measure not only the capacitance, inductivity and resistance, but also the ESR of components.
This allows the meter to calculate a corresponding quality factor, dissipation and phase angle. The 612 can perform these measurements at 5 frequencies and the dual display can show two values simultaneously. The main display has 20,000 counts,”
and the secondary 2,000.
Measurements can often be made while the components are in the circuit because the UT612 uses a measuring voltage of only 0.6 V.
The meter can be connected to a computer via USB to log data.
The difference between this meter and other (much more expensive) LCR meters can be found in the measuring method - a 2-wire measurement is performed and not a real 4-wire Kelvin measurement.
