Siglent SSG3032X-IQE Plus RF signal generator
Details
The Siglent SSG3032X-IQE Plus is a professional RF signal generator covering 9kHz to 3.2GHz with IQ modulation from 10MHz to 3.2GHz, and is suitable for all signal generation work in research, education and production testing. This generator delivers an output level of up to +20dBm (typ.) and an SSB phase noise of -117dBc/Hz at 1GHz with a 20kHz offset. AM, FM, PM and pulse modulation are available from an internal or an external source, and linear, logarithmic and list sweeps, as well as single- and double-pulse output, extend the range of supported test tasks. Furthermore, operation runs through a 5-inch capacitive touch screen, a mouse and keyboard, or a web browser on a PC or mobile device.
A pulse train generator and a rack mount kit are available as options. A USB-GPIB adapter adds a GPIB interface, and the 10MHz OCXO reference improves the frequency accuracy to ±100ppb. To discuss which options suit a given application, please contact us.
