The Tekbox TBL0550-1-B is a 5µH, 50A LISN that can be used to measure the conducted noise on the supply line of DC-powered devices. It is designed to present a defined supply-line impedance while allowing noise at the EUT terminals to be taken from the RF output and measured with a spectrum analyser or EMI receiver. With a bandwidth of 10kHz to 400MHz and a maximum input voltage of 250V, it is suitable for automotive, military, aerospace and industrial EMC pre-compliance work. The TBL0550-1B supports CISPR 16-1-2, CISPR 25, MIL-STD-461G, DO-160, ISO 11452-4 and ISO 7637-2 setups. Two of these LISNs can be used together with the Tekbox LISN Mate. This setup enables both common-mode and differential-mode noise measurements.
For a compatible calibration kit, see the TBL0550-1B-CAL.
