The Tekbox TBL5063-3 is an LISN designed to measure conducted emissions from single-phase and 3-phase AC-powered devices. This LISN is designed to perform EMC pre-compliance testing in the frequency range of 9kHz to 30MHz, which is in accordance with the CISPR 16-1-2 standard. It can be operated with any equipment with a supply voltage and current that does not exceed 690/400V and 63A. The TBL5063-3 can also measure conducted noise on each phase and the neutral conductor, all of which have separate RF outputs. However, the LISN does not have an integrated high-pass filter to help suppress residual 50Hz AC from the RF output. Instead, an external TBHPF1-9kHz high-pass filter is included with the LISN. In addition, the TBL5063-3 is equipped with an artificial hand connection to help perform noise measurements on handheld devices.
