The Tekbox TBCP1-200 RF current probe is designed to measure high-frequency current. The probe has a range of 10 kHz to 200 MHz and can measure high-frequency current up to 3 A. For DC and frequencies up to 400 Hz, current up to 80 A can be measured.
As you would expect from Tekbox, the TBCP1-200 RF current probe is also of excellent quality at an affordable price.
