The tacky no-clean flux in a 10ml syringe has been specially developed for repair soldering, reflow applications and is also suitable for dip tinning. This is active flux compared to the Tacky ROL0. This rosin gel flux complies with standard ROM1 and is medium active. Additionally, the flux containes halides. It has excellent wetting and spreading properties on most board finishes. Application is via a dosing syringe with a metallic or plastic tip, ensuring accurate flux dosing and positioning. The processing of the soldering tacky flux can be done with the aid of hot air or soldering irons. Furthermore, this flux can be cleaned using commercially available flux residue removers.
