The tacky no-clean flux in a 10ml syringe is a no-clean soldering flux that has been specially developed for repair soldering, reflow applications, direct chip attach applications, and is also suitable for dip tinning. It is compatible with both leaded and lead-free applications. This variant of the flux complies with IPC standard ROL0 and is therefore slightly active and free from halides. Application takes place via a dosing syringe with either a metallic or a plastic needle. This enables an accurate dosing and positioning of the flux. The processing of the soldering tacky flux can be done with the aid of hot air or soldering irons. The residue left behind is clear, non-corrosive and non-conductive. So there is no need to remove it, but it can be easily cleaned with isopropanol, solvent, or semi-aqueous systems.
