The Siglent SSA5085A is a high-end function generator with a single channel and a maximum bandwidth of 20.0 GHz. The function generator provides a very accurate frequency resolution of 0.001 Hz and has the ability for AM, FM, PM and pulse modulation. Other functions such as power meter control and pulse sequence generation are also supported. The function generator has a 5" touch screen display, which also allows for an external mouse and keyboard to be connected. In addition, the SSA5085A supports the WebServer control enabling the generator to be controlled from a PC through a LAN connection. Finally, it is possible to control the function generator via SCPI. This makes it easier to integrate it into your test setup.
