The Siglent SNA5006X-E vector network analyser is part of the SNA5000X-E series. This analyser comes with a frequency range from 9kHz to 6.5GHz. The analyser can be used to determine the performance of, for example, RF-/microwave equipment by calculating the reflection and transmission coefficients. To do so, these analysers support 2-port scattering-, differential- and time-domain parameter measurements. Additionally, this vector network analyser can also determine the Q-factor, bandwidth and insertion loss of a filter.
Furthermore, this analyser features impedance conversion, movement of measurement plane, limit testing, ripple testing, fixture simulation and adapter removal/insertion adjustment functions. The SNA5000X-E series features a big 12.1" touch-screen on which multiple measurement windows can be displayed at the same time. Measurement data from memory can be compared to current data, and the analysers have a data hold function. Also, the analysers have a HDMI port for video output, and can be controlled remotely by using a USB or webserver connection. Several advanced options are not available on the SNA5000X-E series.
