The Siglent SDS5108X HD is a 12-bit high-end digital oscilloscope part of the SDS5000X HD series. It features 8 analog channels with a bandwidth of 1GHz. The oscilloscope features a large memory depth and high sampling rates of 2.5Gpts/ch and 5GSa/s in quarter-channel mode, or 500Mpts/ch and 2.5GSa/s in full-channel mode. The vertical resolution can be increased up to 16-bit in HiRes mode. Furthermore, the SDS5000X HD series features a low noise floor of 140µVrms. Additionally, the oscilloscope supports automatic measurements for over 60 parameters, including statistics, mathematical functions, and memory traces.

The SDS5000X HD series oscilloscopes come with a large 12.1” TFT-LCD with a capacitive touch screen and multi-touch gesture control. The oscilloscopes also have a built-in web server for remote control using the LAN port. Finally, the oscilloscope supports standard SCPI remote control commands.

The SDS5000L series is a low-profile variant of the SDS5000X HD. It comes without a display and must be connected to external peripherals to be used as a stand-alone oscilloscope.
