Siglent SDP6150D high voltage differential probe
Details
The Siglent SDP6150D is a high-quality high-voltage differential probe designed for accurate measurements of floating signals of differential and common-mode voltages. With a bandwidth of 400MHz and support for differential voltages up to 1500V, it is well-suited for applications such as power electronics, motor drives, and switching power supplies. The probe also supports dual attenuation ratios of 100X and 1000X.
The SDP6150D has a high input impedance and low input capacitance. And with its good CMRR, it can minimise loading effects, ensuring reliable and precise measurements even in demanding environments. No external power source is required. The probe is compatible with oscilloscopes supporting the SAPBus interface, such as the SDS3000X HD, SDS6000 Pro, and SDS7000A series.
