The Siglent SAP5000D is a compact, active differential probe with over 5GHz bandwidth (4GHz when used with a compatible oscilloscope), used to measure the voltage difference between two test points. With a differential input resistance of 20kΩ and very low differential input capacitance, the probe introduces minimal load to the measurement system. Its 130cm cable gives plenty of reach around the device under test. The SAP5000D is compatible with oscilloscopes supporting the SAPBus interface, such as the SDS5000X, SDS6000 Pro, and SDS7000A series, and requires no external power source. A higher-bandwidth variant, the SAP8000D, is also available.
