The Siglent SDM3055 is a 5.5 digit multimeter specially designed to offer high precision (0.015%) at a good price. With the 4.3" colour TFT screen the multimeter is easy to read and with the built-in help functions it is easy to use. The built-in 1Gb storage provides enough space for all the storage that is necessary and can be accessed via USB or LAN. The SDM3055 multimeter uses multiple Math functions and image functions to simplify data analysis. An example of this is the display of histograms.
The functionality of the SDM3055 is extended by the colour screen. For example, the aforementioned histograms can be displayed on the screen, but also previous measurement results can easily be displayed in tables. Because the USB is on the front, it can easily be used.
The SDM3055 can be operated via USBTMC, but also offers the possibility to communicate with LabView of National Instruments. In addition, an SCPI programming manual is available which allows the multimeter to be controlled remotely.
Are you looking for a model with a 12-channel multiplexer? Then you might want to have a look at the SDM3055 multimeter with 12-channel multiplexer.
The difference between the 3055 and the 3055A is that the latter has a GPIB connection.
