The Siglent SAP8000D is a compact, active differential probe with DC to 8GHz bandwidth (8GHz when used with a compatible oscilloscope such as the SDS7804A H12), used to measure the voltage difference between two test points. With a differential input resistance of 20kΩ and very low differential input capacitance, the probe introduces minimal load to the measurement system. Its 130cm cable gives plenty of reach around the device under test. The SAP8000D is compatible with oscilloscopes supporting the SAPBus interface, such as the SDS5000X, SDS6000 Pro, and SDS7000A series, and requires no external power source. A lower-bandwidth variant, the SAP5000D, is also available.
