The Rohde & Schwarz NGA101 is part of the NGA100 series of power supplies. The linear output allows the power supply to operate with minimum residual ripple and noise. The channel has completely separate circuitry and is not connected to the chassis ground. When using multiple power supplies in parallel, this makes it easy to combine channels for bipolar connections. Moreover, a channel can be electrically equivalent, with the same voltage, current and power.
Important to notice is that the power supply has an excellent readback accuracy with a low-current range for demanding measurements. It has a wide current range, since the range is up to 12A in parallel mode. Finally, the power supply offers features such as data logging, arbitrary waveforms, built-in statistics and remote sensing.
