The Rohde & Schwarz LCX-Z2 is an option for the Rohde & Schwarz LCX100 LCR meter
and Rohde & Schwarz LCX200COM
. The LCX-Z2 is equiped with two kelvin clip leads to enable the connection of non-standard sized components to the LCX100 and LCX200 LCR meters respectively; this usually concerns components that are too big to connect to the LCR meters. The kelvin clips of the LCX-Z2 are isolated from each other and therefore connected separately to the UR and POT lines. This ensures that the two test leads are only connected directly at the DUT. Measurable components include: resistors, coils and capacitors.
