The Rigol DS1054Z features 4 channels and is of very high quality, comparable to the quality of Keysight and Tektronix oscilloscopes. This oscilloscope has a sample rate up to 1 GS / s, a memory of 12 Million points, and a clearly readable 7 "LCD screen.
This oscilloscope has a USB interface that can be used to transfer measurement data to a PC. Measurement results can also be stored on USB memory stick via the USB port on the front. Due to the 30000 wfm/s refresh rate it is possible to quickly analyze signals and find any problems that might occur in the signal.
Model numbers ending with an "S" are identical to the "S"-less models but are also equipped with a 2-channel, 25 MHz function generator.
Update: The DS1000Z scopes offer a better FFT functionality due to a recent software update. As a result, the FFT can no longer be calculated on the basis of the points that are displayed on the screen, but 16 points from the memory are used for this purpose. This makes the FFT more precise.

The main specification differences between the different oscilloscopes in the DS1000Z series are the bandwidth and the presence of a function generator. The models with a plus behind them can be converted into MSO versions. For this you need to order the RPL1116 option.
