The Rigol DG6052 is a 2-channel high-voltage differential function/arbitrary waveform generator that combines a 500MHz bandwidth, 2.5GSa/s sample rate, and 16-bit vertical resolution in a single instrument. Three switchable output modes (HBW for maximum bandwidth up to 500MHz, AMP for high-amplitude differential output up to 20Vpp, and SND for standard single-ended operation) eliminate the need for external power amplifiers or baluns, simplifying the test chain and reducing costs.
With up to a 256Mpts/CH arbitrary waveform memory (512Mpts/CH optional), advanced output types including IQ, PRBS, Pattern, and Sequence, and a 10.1-inch HD touch screen, the DG6052 covers power semiconductor testing, high-speed digital circuit verification, automotive bus simulation, and advanced measurement options.
