A multimiter for electronics with proper, certified input protection.
Costs not so much than chinese multimeters with similar specs but it's safe to use with mains line (and you feel safe using it, too), so in that sense it's even more bang for buck imho.
For most people it can easily be the main multimeter on the bench and around the house.
Mine came with the "nicer" silicone leads even if the product description doesn't mention them
