Excellent soldering station with ESD for the price.

One single rotating knob for setting temperature instead of 3-4+ buttons is absolutely priceless.

The soldering iron quality is great.

The soldering iron is compatible with Hakko T18 tips. T18 are available in many more useful shapes (my favorite are T18-S4, T18-D16 and other D series, and T18-CF series). Hakko manufacturing quality is superior, and more importantly, Hakko T18 fit the ceramic heater better than the original Atten 900M and the suggested "Soldering tips for Aoyue / Atten", resulting in better temperature control and overall excellent soldering experience with Hakko T18 tips.

Very much recommended in combination with Hakko T18 tips.
