The Quick 861 pro is the updated successor to the popular 861DW, offering a higher power of 1300W and a higher maximum airflow of 70L/min. Designed for professional SMD rework on SOIC, QFP, PLCC, CHIP, and BGA components, it is also suitable for drying, removing paint, melting, heating, and surface disinfection. The built-in OLED graphic display shows real-time temperature and power curves, giving a clear overview of the rework process at all times.
A magnetic switch instantly activates sleep mode when the handpiece is placed in the holder, while the automatic cooling system protects the ceramic heating element and extends its service life. Four preset memory channels allow temperature and airflow settings to be saved and recalled at the press of a button, and all settings can be secured with a password.
All nozzles compatible with the 861DW also fit the 861 pro. An overview of all available nozzles can be found Looking for a high-airflow station without a graphical display? The Atten ST-862D is worth considering.
