The Pintek DP-50K differential probe can be used to measure very high voltages up to 50kVpp with floating potentials and it has a high bandwidth of 75MHz. This combination of measuring floating potentials and a high bandwidth makes this product unique. The differential probe has a maximum voltage of 8.8kV to ground and attenuation of x500 and x5000.
