The Peak Electronics Atlas ZEN50 is a unique instrument that allows analysis of components that were previously very tricky to test. The ZEN50 can test Zener diodes, avalanche diodes, transient suppressors and even LEDs and LED strings. It does this by generating short pulses of current (user selectable amplitude) with voltages up to 50V.
The display of the ZEN50 shows all important test and output characteristics and thereby gives a good insight in the component under test. It is powered by a single AAA battery with a long lifetime. in addition to this, the device features a ultra-slim and compact design for easy use.
