The Owon XSA815-TG spectrum analyser has an excellent price/quality ratio, it has a frequency range up to 1.5 GHz and comes with a tracking generator. The tracking generator supports a bandwidth of 100 kHz to 1.5 GHz. Eleshop also sells an analyser without tracking generator, namely the Owon XSA815.
Furthermore, the spectrum analyser has a 9" LCD screen which is smaller than the Owon XSA1000 series spectrum analysers which have a 10.4" LCD screen.
Moreover, the minimum noise level of the analyzer is -140 dBm/Hz and -160 dBm/Hz with the pre-amplifier turned on.
What differentiates Owon spectral analysers from other spectral analysers is that it comes with certain options such as a EMI pre-compliance function, waterfall plot graphic and a standard Pass/Fail on-site test and alert function.
